It had been 11 years since there was a professional cleaning of our carpets. We had major remodel construction this last year and there was all kinds of saw dust, dirt that was tracked in and years of young children spills, and pet accidents. Robert was very friendly and informative about what type of chemicals he would use to tackle the various areas of yuck. I was truly amazed at how thorough his process was, from pre- soaking, shampoo, rinse, shampoo again in the tough areas, rinse and the drying and then "fluffing " of the carpet. Truly hated to put the furniture back on it and walk on it - truly a world of difference. He also stated that if any stains were to reappear he would come back and re-do the area. Would and will 100% use his services again, and have mentioned him to several others that I know.

The crew at Phillips Janitorial was kind, efficient, and did a great job on our windows at my residence! They went above and beyond for some of our hard to reach windows. Robert is clearly very passionate and committed to providing excellent trustworthy cleaning service. They also recommended an effective enzyme cleaner for cleaning up pet smells that was a game changer when my cat was going through a rough time. Phillips also deep-cleaned the floors at my work. I am so happy with how my carpets turned out. Drying time was fast. Very thorough. They also took the time to help me find the source of a minor water leak by using a moisture detector. The leak caused some mold in a closet I did not know was there. They set up a high power fan to dry out the carpet while I got help with the leak. :).

Phillips Janitorial refinished the wood floors in our 1920's home and did a wonderful job! They were fast, communicative, and a great value for the work that was done. They were also able to work around our schedule on a relatively tight timeline. When they finished, they also walked us through the best ways for maintenance on the refinished floors and gave us some cleaning materials. I would highly recommend them to others.
